The goal of tutorials is to provide participants with comprehensive overviews of emerging fields, key challenges, and potential solutions in diverse areas of wireless networking, including but not limited to spectrum management, dynamic spectrum sharing, security challenges, coexistence of heterogeneous technologies, applications of artificial intelligence for spectrum management and optimization, communication at high frequency (millimeter wave and terahertz) bands, spectrum access in emerging systems such as the Internet of Things, and spectrum sharing for autonomous vehicular and drone systems. </span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Prospective speakers are invited to submit 3-page tutorial proposals in a PDF file to the tutorial chairs via email.
