The 16th ICISS will be held in the scenic backdrop of Jammu (the<br>
Himalayan region of India) between December 16 and 20, 2020. This<br>
annual conference provides a forum for researchers and industry<br>

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES<br>
<br>
All submissions must be written in English and the PDF version should<br>
not exceed 20 pages; including bibliography and appendices. Authors<br>
must use LNCS template to create the manuscript. The conference<br>
proceedings will appear in Springer LNCS series. Past proceedings of<br>
ICISS conferences are available at: http://dblp.org/db/conf/iciss. The<br>
extended versions of a select few accepted papers will be invited for<br>
publication in the Indian Academy of Sciences' journal - SADHANA<br>
http://www.ias.ac.in/sadhana. ICISS will also have a best paper award!<br>
