[om] Administrivia: Replies to the OpenMath mailing lists

Dear Taneli, dear all,

up until four days ago I would have said "we as mathematicians and computer
scientists should be able to cope with reply addresses", but I have been
refuted. 

I personally would rather go back to the old model, where the sender of the
message is the author and the message is cced to the list. At least my
reflexes have been trained to view the OpenMath public as a kind of cc.
