There is a stylesheet to transform OMDoc (an extension of OpenMath
http://www.mathweb.org/omdoc/index.html) to presentation MathML. But it
seems to be 2 years old and not very sophisticated. It's been written by
Michael Kohlhase.  You should contact him (kohlhase+ at cs.cmu.edu) for
further questions.
