[om] Pisa facilities

I have checked that we will have a beamer for the meeting, and will be 
collecting it later today. I have just checked that there is an Internet 
(DHCP) point in the meeting room.
At the moment, the Internet connection to the building is somewhat flaky, 
so it might be as well not to rely on it.
