[om] error in OM2 draft 4?

I wrote,
  Thanks, Bill reported this earlier , in fact it was a stylesheet issue: the
  first example is marked for deletion but didn't get deleted in the
  rendered version. 

Actually it is deleted from the main versions, but not red/struck-out in
the diff marked version. I have corrected the stylesheet so this will be
marked as deleted in the next draft, thanks.
