[om] Use of "moreerrors" CD

Dear OpenMathers,

<OME> is used to describe an OpenMath error object.  Many examples of its 
usage are shown in the "error" CD.  In the examples in "moreerrors" CD, 
<OMA> is used to enclose the OpenMath error object instead of <OME>.  Is
it a typo or a new use of <OMA>?
