[om] Status of latest standard?

Hi all,

Can someone tell me what the formal status is of 
the upcoming standard. I want to be able to release
a new version of the RIACA OpenMath library, so I
need to know which parts are going to be part of
the upcoming standard.

Any care to shed some light on this?
