[Om3] DC metadata for content dictionaries

Christoph,

do look at the om3 trac, there's a few others we are talking about.

Among others something about license and authors.
I think that we also wanted to have multilingual titles.

Finally, I think that currently CDName + CDBase gives the  
identifier... so your mapping is a bit incomplete.
