[Om3] Editing in the wiki now works

I hate to say it, but I was partly wrong :-(  I found another serious bug.  I
have done a lot of testing on the metadata editing form, which now handles the
metadata with care, and creates nice svn log messages.

But the proper "edit" form still removes the metadata from the fragment of the
CD that is being edited.  But I'm not too far away from definitely fixing
this; stay tuned for updates.
