 We have the old MathML2 type information from appendix c of the MathML
 spec in the xxx.mts files at
 [[http://svn.openmath.org/OpenMath3/cds/MathML]]. We should make use of
 this for the MathML CDs (see also issue
 [[https://trac.kwarc.info/OM3/ticket/21 21]] for details).
