 Oh, I see, I thought it was about the wiki.  The interesting thing here is
 that list1.xhtml contains text only.  How does are these files actually
 generated on the server?  (Paul, do you know?)  If I run "make
 list1.xhtml" (which applies cd2html.xsl to list1.ocd) in
 OpenMath3/cd/MathML, the result looks fine.  A few weeks ago, I did a lot
 of refactoring in these XSLTs.  So could it be the case that some buggy,
 intermediate state of the XSLT is left somewhere on the server?
