Comment:

 many thanks. I now notice that the examples in that CD aren't being
 rendered at all. The display talks about an example, e.g. (for suchthat)
 "This example shows how to construct the list of even positive integers
 less than 100, using the suchthat constructor." (followed, apparently by a
 great deal of white space, or at least that's what happened when I tried
 to paste it into TRAC), but no example as such.
