 This CD is very young, and needs a lot of love and affection. It is
 needed for the reconstruction of the <semantics> element as a a
 counterpart of the <OMATTR/OMATP> elements for OM/MathML alignment. See
 4.2.9. for an explanation. But maybe this CD should be put at the end of
 the list.
