 Wrong union (politics, not maths)!

 The K-12 stuff in this area is normally badly treated by
 both logicians and mathematicians, maybe the computing guys can do better.

 I did notice that some things herein typically have wider uses than
 as boolean operators/functions.

 I suspect some sloppiness around the use of 'X is true' for
 'the value of X is 'true' '.
