Java OpenMath 0.4

The PDG OpenMath Dev team is pleased to announce
version 0.4 of the library, and invite you to download
it from http://pdg.cecm.sfu.ca/openmath/lib/.

The new version incorporates modifications to the
OpenMath XML encoding spec, fixes bugs, and includes
restructuring to aid future standardization using the
Java OpenMath language and event cores.
