OpenMath mailing lists: om-announce revived

I have re-enabled the old om-announce list, which is again intended for
announcement of conferences, new products and the like.  This is due to
the sudden increase in volume on the om list, which will continue as a
general OpenMath discussion forum.

The address list for om-announce was simply copied from the current om
list, but you can now subscribe and unsubscribe independently to the two
lists.  To unsubscribe, send mail to majordomo at openmath.org (aka
majordomo at lars.math.fsu.edu) with either or both of the following
commands in the body of the message:

	unsubscribe om
	unsubscribe om-announce

If you are unsubscribing yourself from a different e-mail address,
append your old address to the command line(s), like this:

	unsubscribe om you at your.old.address

Subscribing is done similarly.  Thus, to change your address on the
lists, you can do this:

	unsubscribe om you at your.old.address
	unsubscribe om-announce you at your.old.address
	subscribe om you at your.new.address
	subscribe om-announce you at your.new.address
