[om-a] Second draft of OpenMath 2 released

A second draft of OpenMath2 has been released at


http://www.openmath.org/standard/om20-2003-10-31

and http://www.openmath.org/standard/om20
has been updated to reflect the new version.

the previous draft is available at

http://www.openmath.org/standard/om20-2003-10-13

This is still a draft release, mainly for discussion at the forthcoming
workshop in Bremen.
