The W3C published three drafts relevant to MathML on Friday:

The latest draft of MathML3

The latest draft of A MathML for CSS profile 
http://www.w3.org/TR/mathml-for-css/

and the first working draft of XML Entity definitions for Characters 
http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-entity-names/
