you might know that on May 13-16, 2014 Newcastle upon Tyne (UK) is hosting the 10th European Dependable Computing Conference  - see http://conferences.ncl.ac.uk/edcc2014/index.html

You could still submit papers to the two workshops and to the fast abstract and the student forum sessions.
