IEEE/ComSoc Technically Sponsored International Conference on
Telecommunications & Multimedia
25-27 July, 2016, Heraklion, Crete, Greece, Website:http://www.temu.gr/
================================================================================
The International Conference on Telecommunications and Multimedia (TEMU)
provides a forum for discussion on recent advances in wired and wireless
communication systems, audiovisual applications and content
creation/delivery technologies, Internet services and interactive
applications, as well as on tools and techniques for their performance
evaluation and QoS/QoE validation under simulated and real conditions
environments. It was launched in 2006 as a bi-annual international
conference, motivated by the ever increasing interest in the above R&D
fields, their strategic importance in humans’ everyday life and their
impact on users’ personal and social activities. TEMU 2016 will
celebrate its ten-year anniversary under the Technical Co-Sponsorship of
IEEE/ComSoc. The conference will take place at Heraklion, Crete, Greece,
providing three-days Scientific Program from 25 to 27 July 2016 with
regular and invited technical papers, key-note talks and panel
discussions. In this respect, TEMU 2016 is soliciting papers describing
original works, presenting consolidated results or bringing up
innovative ideas, which are unpublished and not currently submitted for
publication elsewhere, on topics, including but not limited to:
• Pervasive Networks & Service Infrastructures

Prospective authors are invited to submit original and unpublished
technical papers that cannot be submitted elsewhere at the same time,
for publication in TEMU 2016 proceedings and submission to IEEE Xplore.
All submitted papers will be subject to three independent reviews and
judged on originality, technical correctness, relevance, and quality of
presentation. An accepted paper must be registered and presented in TEMU
2016 by one of its authors, in order to be included in the conference
proceedings and be submitted to IEEE Xplore®. All submissions should be
written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages
(following the Standard IEEE
<http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html>
conference templates for MS Word or LaTeX formats) including figures,
without incurring additional page charges. Papers longer than 6 pages
will be charged €100 for each extra page. Papers cannot be longer than 8
pages. Papers should be submitted as PDF files through the EDAS system.
During the initial paper submission process via EDAS, it is the authors'
responsibility to ensure that the author list and the paper title of the
submitted PDF file is an exact match to the author list and paper title
on the EDAS registration page. In particular, the EDAS registration page
must include all co-authors, not just the submitting author. Failure to
comply with this rule might result in your paper being withdrawn from
the review process. Please be aware that the author list of an accepted
paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript. For paper submission
guidelines please visit
