Scope:

The Technische Universität Darmstadt is organizing the Security & Privacy
Week (SPW2016), July 18 – 22 2016 in Darmstadt, Germany. 

As highlights, SPW2016 features the Privacy Enhancing Technologies Symposium
(PETS) as well the ACM WiSec Conference on Security & Privacy in Wireless
and Mobile Networks and selected workshops on hot topics in security and
privacy research including usable security, genomic and medical privacy and
the dark side of digitalization.

Participating Conferences & Workshops:

PETS

The annual Privacy Enhancing Technologies Symposium (PETS) brings together
privacy experts from around the world to discuss recent advances and new
perspectives on research in privacy technologies. PETS addresses the design
and realization of privacy services for the Internet and other digital
systems and communication networks.

WiSec

ACM WiSec is the leading ACM and SIGSAC conference dedicated to all aspects
of security and privacy in wireless and mobile and mobile networks and their
applications. In addition to the traditional ACM WiSec topics of physical,
link, and network layer security, we welcome papers focusing on the security
and privacy of mobile software platforms, usable security and privacy,
biometrics, cryptography, and the increasingly diverse range of mobile or
wireless applications such as Internet of Things, and Cyber- Physical
Systems. The conference welcomes both theoretical as well as systems
contributions.

IFIP TM

The mission of this conference is to share research solutions to problems of
trust and trust management, including related security and privacy issues,
and to identify new issues and directions for future research and
development work.
