The IEEE International Conference on Digital Health (ICDH) is a premier international forum for both researchers and industry practitioners to exchange the latest fundamental advances in the state of the art and practice of digital health technologies, emerging research topics, and the future of digital health. ICDH aims to bring together leading researchers, community leaders and visionaries from academia and industry, end-users, and healthcare professionals in the area of digital health to share their research, practical experience, and visions of the future of sustainable health and social care transformations.

All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by at least three reviewers. Accepted and presented papers will appear in the conference proceedings published by the IEEE Computer Society Press. The use of content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in an article (including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code) shall be disclosed in the acknowledgments section of any article submitted to an IEEE publication. The AI system used shall be identified, and specific sections of the article that use AI-generated content shall be identified and accompanied by a brief explanation regarding the level at which the AI system was used to generate the content.
