Precision and CD's

This looks pretty good to me.
Trying to summarise the discussion so far:
(1) The OM-standard is indeed like SCHEME, as several have pointed out.
(2) The standard + core CDs should contain concepts that a range
    of applications might wish to exchange outside specialist areas
    (this is definitely a subjective decision!).
(3) Therefore the above should include bigfloats.
Are we roughly happy with the draft CD I circulated as a starting point?
