Hello,
we have enhanced a previous version of MapleOMCodec from the PolyLab,
I dont know how it compares to the current version. It is available as
part of
the OpenMath Worksheet / OpenMath Dispatcher client/server system:

Our part is under the lesser GNU public license (LGPL), that means you
get the source, and you are allowed to use it in your own software. For
further details see the license text.
