Who should use CDs ? (was Re: [om] yet again - Standard .. Ontologies for Math)

I fully agree except for the last sentence.
The latter raises a very interesting question:

		Who (i.e. which role) should use a CD definition ?

Allow me at least to add content authors which intend to use the 
phrasebooks as well as the presentation capabilities (which are never 
really mentionned but exist, eg for OMdoc).
