[om] OM-lib 1.1 alpha

Hi,

a major remark ;-)

I guess the downloads of the om-lib-1.1.2 and maple-phrasebook 1.0.2
are not really compatible, i.e. I extracted the two tar.gz in the same 
directory and (at least) the doc/index.html was overridden by the 
maple index.html.... maybe that's a feature and not a bug. 
I just wanted to mention it.
