the tar file was made as part of the batch process that built th eold
site, when we switched to cocoon and the cds were styled on demand,
there is no batch build process anymore...

The tar file is still there, although the link appears to have gone..

This is not currently auto-generated by cocoon so it isn't necessarily
totally up to date with (for example) contributed files, although I just
refreshed it a couple of minutes ago, so it is current as of today.
