[om] computation commands

Dear all, 

  I remember there was a discussion long ago about OpenMath 
defining commands (eg. for a CAS) about objects in addition to the objects 
themselves. It seems to me that someone was saying explicitly about plotting expresions 
for instance but I can't find the relevant email or comments. 

  Has this idea ever went forward ? I couldn't find a relevant CD but 
I would be interested to know if someone is writting something similar to 
that.
