[om] Restricting the OpenMath Schemas

With a view to further restricting the schemas for OpenMath, may I suggest
the following restrictions:
The data type allowed for the following elements:
CDReviewDate, CDDate and CDSReviewDate be made:
<data type="date" datatypeLibrary="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-datatypes"/>

(at least by my reading, I think that's how it is done :-?)

I imagine that something could be done for the CDVersion and CDRevision as
well? Any suggestions?
