[Om] Finding authors and lifecycle of CDs

Dear OpenMathers,


everytime I find a CD by name, by chance, or by search, I try to see 
who has contributed to it, especially if it's an experimental CD.
I tend to have difficulties to find such.

Could we try to request more explicitly the CDComment to be filled with 
such information before publishing to the website ?

I also tend to miss a kind of announcement procedure... the only thing 
I know is the revision dates and numbers...
