[om] OpenMath Website Problems

Dear All,

I am afraid that we are experiencing problems with the OpenMath website
again.  You can currently see the website at
http://www.openmath.org:8080/cocoon/openmath/index.html
but we cannot make the normal address work.  We will let you know as
soon as things are back to normal.
