[Om] announcing new CDs?

Hello OpenMath community,

currently, there's no announce for CDs that are either updated or  
delivered. I believe this is a problem.

I see two solutions and would like to get your opinions as to which  
one is best:

- require people to announce on this list

- make a news page for CD-news on the front page

I would tend to suggest that both are good.
