[Om] Redirects: ocd now default; need another one [Re: Going real with the OpenMath CD Linked Data]

I'm fine to 303 /ontology to /ontology/omdoc.owl or to serve this directly.

That serves directly.
Note oh note that frag-ids are not sent to the server... so the above is a big massive rewrite.

www/ontology is good to me.

The copy is easy to make in ant.
