[Om] www.openmath.org CD redirect broken?

Dear Paul,

I noticed that the redirect that handles the canonical OpenMath CD URIs 
(e.g. http://www.openmath.org/cd/arith1) is broken.

For example in the browser:

The requested URL 
/opt/local/activemath/www/www.openmath.org/www/arith1.xhtml was not 
found on this server.

Or when requesting RDF on the command line:

$ wget --header='Accept: application/rdf+xml' -S -O - 
http://www.openmath.org/cd/arith1
