[Om3] Revising the OM Standard (Welcome)

Dear List Member,

in Linz the OpenMath society has decided to start work on a revision to 
the OpenMath Standard, with the aim of aligning the two formats. Our 
Goal is to create a revised standard (we will discuss whether that will 
be OM2.1 or OM3).

The OpenMath Society has chartered a committee consisting of

Michael Kohlhase (chair)
Olga Caprotti
David Carlisle
James Davenport
Marc Gaetano
Paul Libbrecht

to work on the standard revision and present a draft standard at the 
OpenMath Meeting in Barcelona 20-22. February 2008.
