[Om3] Wiki down for maintenance (improving discussion support)

Dear OpenMath users,

  I'm taking the wiki at http://wiki.openmath.org down for maintenance this
afternoon.  The reason for that is that I'm introducing an improved
argumentation model for the discussion pages, which means that the database
entries for the existing discussion pages have to be adapted.
