[Om3] Some XSLT issues, and a Trac component

Dear David,

  as I had a little issue to discuss w.r.t. the XSLTs and as I'm sure that I
will have more questions soon (I'm going to reuse parts of cd2html.xsl for the
wiki), I just allowed myself to create a Trac component XSLT, of which you are
the owner.  Is that fine with you?
