[Om3] Wiki down due to XML processing trouble

Dear OpenMath 3 developers,

  I'm really sorry to tell you that the wiki is still down.  In the course of
implementing support for importing the OpenMath3/cd/MathML CDs and rendering
CDs using David's XSLT, I ran into some nasty bugs of Saxon and spend the
whole day fighting them.  I hope to be able to tell you better news tomorrow.
