 I don't have access to that ticket (as far as I know).
 However, it strikes me that InvisibleTimes is the RIGHT translation into
 presentation (because that is what we are talking about, not actual
 rendering as such), since it leaves the renderer in charge of deciding
 whether a printed/spoken/Braille/whatever mark is NECESSARY.
