 The `Name` element can currently occur as
 `CDDefinition/Pragmatic/Attribute/Name`, where it has a different
 semantics than the well-known `CDDefinition/Name`.  If the "Attribute"
 element and its children are kept in OpenMath 3, we should think about a
 different name.
