 I support this, but:
  * we may still need `CDComment`, as not all comments are related to
 licensing.  See #71
  * we should consider making this more semantic, e.g. by reusing existing
 metadata vocabulary and mapping CDLicense to
 [http://dublincore.org/documents/dcmi-terms/#terms-license
 dcterms:license] (cf. #39)
