 Here we have the usual confusion between these three: the boolean
 function/expression; its value; the equivalent relation (ie subset of
 the product).

 In K-12 math(s) these things are not used only in boolean expressions.

 Maybe some things missing here: eg <similarto/> <approxequal/> ??

 Again we need to know what collections of things 'arithmetic
 relations' are defined on.  Then I could tell whether or not:
