 Dan Roozemond from the SCIENCE project spotted an error in the OpenMath2
 Spec: The text and RNC say that {{{OMR}}} takes a {{{href}}} attribute
 while the examples all use a {{{xref}}} attribute. So {{{xref="foo"}}}
 should be changed to {{{href="#foo"}}}.
