 This report covers the period from June 1, 2001 to February 18, 2002.

BANKING ARRANGEMENTS

The OpenMath Society holds a bank account at the TD Canada Trust Bank,
Branch #2850 in London, Ontario, Canada.
This account is a Canadian dollar account.

The society has received the following income during the reporting period:
