[om-a] online validation (via XSLT) of OpenMath

I have updated the XSLT file which validates OpenMath to more correctly
treat namespaces and to handle OpenMath 2 draft as well as OpenMath 1.

The file is available for download, but also available via an online
form:

http://www.openmath.org/software/validate.html

You may submit any XML document to that form, and any OpenMath fragments
will be validated via an XSLT stylesheet (rather than via a schema)
any surrounding elements (such as xhtml, docbook, omdoc, etc) being
ignored.
