[om] openmath critique; ISSAC 2001

I submitted my diatribe on openmath, which has
been indicated on this mailing list before,

to the ISSAC 2001 conference.  It was rejected. You
may read the referee reports and my reaction to
the reports.  (My guess is that both of the referees are on
this mailing list.)

There were no papers accepted for ISSAC that seem to
be about OpenMath, though a paper on IAMC from Kent
State presumably concerns mathematical communication
issues.
