ISSAC papers (was Re: [om] openmath critique; ISSAC 2001)

But IAMC is joint with ISSAC this year so I guess it would make some 
sense to post things there.

I was precisely wondering if there were to be a few folks of OpenMath 
there. The subject is really close to this one.
