Some of your comments we've already acted on in the 'internal' copies of
the CDS, we'll work through the rest and try to get the CDs on
openmath.org updated as soon as possible.

Ah, the top level page at  http://www.openmath.org does correctly link
to the  www.openmath.org/cd  copies but there are some references to an
older set I now see as well. Will get that fixed.
