Dear Andrew,

Last Friday I discussed the remaining bits of the library with Manfred.
We had a crash after that, which took up most of his time.
He will try and have the library ready before Friday (when he leaves
for two weeks).
Then you should probably test it...

BTW, the company is still under negotiation with the Department---their
approach is more positive than last week, but I do not know where we end.
